Perfect fish seasoning in an instant
Make a paste by taking a Knorr Fish stock cube, and in a bowl, add a table spoon of olive oil and just break it down mixing it with the olive oil. As we are doing fish, i like to add some lemon juice to the paste or you could add some crushed coriander seeds, it's your choice. Then just rub it into the inside of the fish first and then to the outside, coating it evenly.
