You can also use a Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot as the base
With its great meaty flavour, the Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot is a quick, handy way to beef up dishes. Diluted with water, it makes a tasty stock base for casseroles and stews; try it in my rich, slow-cooked Beef with Guinness® or in my luxurious Boeuf Bourguignon. Add it to mince dishes such as Bolognese sauce or Cottage Pie to give them extra body. You can also use a Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot as the base for a very quick gravy by simply diluting it, then thickening it to taste with some cornflour mixed with a little cold water. Have a look at my gravy recipe, where I add it to fried onion and browned stock bones for really tasty results. I also like using it as a glaze for steaks, giving them a lovely gloss and just adding that extra beef flavour.
