Method

Mix 200ml olive oil and 150ml ketchup together. Add 2tbsp chopped shallots, 1tbsp chopped tarragon, 1tbsp chopped chives, 1tbsp chopped chervil, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce and around ten drops of Tabasco®, or to taste. Mix everything together. I’ve suggested chervil and tarragon for this recipe but if you can’t get chervil use parsley. If you can’t get tarragon, use basil. It’s your choice.
