The title says it all. This method for cooking frozen peas with some butter, stock and plenty of fresh herbs really will impress.
Method
Take your pan and pour in 20ml water plus 100g butter. By boiling the water and butter together, it emulsifies so it sticks to your peas. Crumble in a Knorr Vegetable Stock Cube and dissolve. Prepare your herbs, use soft ones like tarragon, chives and mint - chop then roughly. Add your defrosted peas to the pan, a few large handfuls, enough for six. Heat them through then take your herbs, this adds freshness. Pour on some olive oil and serve.
