Garlic butter is so versatile you can use it with almost anything. From steaks to fish or vegetables - it's your choice.
Method
1. Take some chopped parsley and mix it with your butter.
2. Then take your your garlic, peel it and take out the green bit in the middle - it's bitter, not very nice.
3. Slice your garlic really thinly, and take a little bit of salt and use the side of the knife to purée it. The salt helps break it down.
4. Mix this into the butter and parsley mixture and your garlic butter is ready.
