Whisking is a rapid sweeping stroke action that is performed by using a whisk. Whisking can be performed by hand or by an electric whisk. Most commonly eggs or cream are whisked or whipped to change their state into a more solid consistency.
Worcestershire sauce
Worcestershire or Worcester sauce is a sauce that was originally developed in India by the English although it takes its name from the fact that it was first bottled in Worcester, England. The thin, spicy, dark-brown fermented sauce is made from a variety of ingredients including anchovies, shallots, garlic, soy sauce, tamarind, salt and vinegar. It is usually used to season meat, gravy, soups, pies and casseroles and as a table condiment. It is also an essential ingredient in a Bloody Mary cocktail.
